How long does it take to get I485 approved in most of the cases?

no updates for me. tired of checking their site every hour

Same Here. 96 days and still counting..

All goes well I'm about to join the same boat as you guys soon. My 140 was filed last week PP.
Waiting eagerly and nervous about it ?

BTW has anyone filed 140 using experience from the same company as the perm was filed ?
Lawyer said as long as the position is diff and job responsibility is different we should be fine ...but I still feel nervous about it.

I received my EAD. What are my options now?

Finally, got EAD card yesterday. RD- October 24, Biometric-Dec 14. NSC EB2. But no status changed on my wife's status.

I haven't not gotten any updates yet. It has been around 170 days. However, I have a strong feeling that I will get updates in the next 30 days. So stay tuned.

Regarding your EAD, you can now work two jobs. You can change employer if you find a similar job but not recommended. Wait till you get your green card and enjoy.

Any one has experience with adjustment of status through marriage to a US Citizen?

-I got my finger print done around mid july in 2016 and received EAD starting september 2016.
-Married to a citizen wife while I was in TPS.
-I am now waiting for interview date(stll waiting:( .Its been 5 months since I received my EAD. I have heard that each case is different and may take longer or short amount of time..

I dont think calling and asking USCIS would help either..I have thought of it but I dont think i will cal..

Its been 82 days and still no updates on my cases. Neither EAD nor AP.
I am in bench since last month as my client project ended in December. My employer is running the payroll based on LCA of H1B which is far less than the PWD of GC. Would it affect on my GC processing? Any idea guys?

Sajha keto: if you had ead and your employer did not run payroll, would it affect your GC?

I think it won't. They might ask for ur future job offer if it hasn't been provided.

Update to my two month old post:

I485 & i140 filled concurrent on July 19th 2016 (EB3)

My 485 got approved and ordered card yesterday but my wife got RFE. So hopefully hers get resolved fast as well.

I got my AP and EAD approved before my biometrics as well. My wife got it 3 weeks after fingerprint though. Got approved on November 12 but my appointment was on November 18th. I received my card on 19th one day after fingerprints. I was surprised as well.

But now I am waiting for I485 to get approved since then. My I40 got approved on mid November there was RFE on it which got resolved in 3 weeks.

I did not hear from USCIS for two months so I put my information in USCIS website to check my status and it said cannot Create ticket or something like that. And I got text with in couple of hours about my case. I did the same thing for my wife's case thinking if it was coincident /luck and hers status information was sent with in 3-4 hours as well.

I don't know if my status checking through USCIS website has anything to do with it but I suggest you to do the same.

Does that mean you registered at USCIS for text/email alert with your case no? If yes, I have done that and I guess other folks also have done that. If not, please elaborate. It's been 3 months now but no updates after FP

RFE notification received for I-485 on 01/17/2017
RFE Reason: Missing Gonorrhea test
RFE response sent 02/03/2017

Waiting for GC.

@Nepalbandha, did you receive greencard by mail yet? Any idea how long it takes once i-485 gets approved?
