I am currently on OPT and it expires on jan 3rd 2013. Cutrently I am working for a company. I have decided to join college for the spring semester. Can i still keep on working till my OPT expires even though i am enrolled for the college. I would really appreciate for the inputs.

once you enroll into college your OPT will be automatically void. So I think you can't work. It's better to check with your international advisor in your university or the college where you are enrolling. They will give you best answer instead of sajha.

You can take some classes while you are on OPT, at least I was told that by my International adviser.  You should check with your school.

As per my knowledge, once you enroll school and have new I-20 from your school, all of your previous work authorization will be void.

Yes you can work till your OPT expires....but once your OPT expires you can not work... if you are a STEM student, you can get an extension for 17 months but if you are not eligible for extension, only way to continue working for the current company is to get a CPT from the college you are enrolled in. There is no way you can continue working on OPT after it expires. I've worked on OPT (29months) and on H1B.... so i'm telling you from my experience.
