hello
i am a student in F1 visa and i had lost my passport with a valid visa stamp and i94 on it. i am trying to travel back to nepal in like few months and i am in my opt now . i finished my associates degree,. i wanted to know what are the procedures in getting the visa again and if there is any risk while returning back. i already applied for a new passport but its just a new passport without visa or I94.

If you have graduated and on opt then imo chances are slim for visa. Better get enrolled in masters and apply for F1 again.
