This video was taken around the end of 1980s in VHS format. The video shows final stages of assembly of Boeing 757 meant for (Royal) Nepal Airlines. Also seen is the airliner being painted with (then) familiar (Royal) Nepal Airlines livery on the aircraft exterior.
Near the end of the video, the brand new aircraft is seen being pulled out of Boeing's Renton (WA) factory, handed to pilots, and flown out of Renton, Washington State.
Many jet airliner pilots prefer flying Boeing 757s because Boeing 757 was by design fitted with much powerful jet engines than it needed (or has far better weight to thrust ratio). This enabled 757s to take off from fairly short runways and to be able to take off with ease from airports located at higher attitudes where lower atmospheric pressures degrade the efficiency of jet engines.

I had a relative who worked in Royal Nepal Airlines. And since everyone only has someone else who did this or that, I will make the following relatively true statement. So my dad worked in Royal Nepal Airlines in a Senior position in Finance Department. End of Story. _______________X______________________
When I came to US as a Student I did not have to work like everybody else. I could concentrate on my studies. Fortunately, since it was an expensive college I had fairly good alumni support and through their network ended up with a good job and settled fairly well in the US. Same thing with my sibling. My parents retired comfortably. We have a house in a real-estate gold area in Kathmandu. My parents visit us here often, with their retirement savings. _______________X_________________________
Now let's revel on the marvel of that nostalgic institution called RNAC. And many more government run corporations.

Gone were the days of buying a brand new Boeing from USA. The country can still afford a brand new plane if it were not for the trail of breadcrumbs that needs to be left in the Nepali political and beauacratic hierarchy.
MAGA and all how do you feel about Trumps cabinet pick?
