Namaste sabai janalai. Last year maile beha gareko mero GF (Green card )sanga. MA chai F1 ma ako, 3 years jati bhayo. Clz ko paisa sabai yahi sathi le help garera tireko chu. ani afu basni ra khani kharcha chai maile store ma kam garera pugeko cha. Kaile out of status bhako xaina, kei problem ne xaina aile samma. So mero question haru yesto cha. 1) I-485 form bharda employement history bharna parne raicha, aba tyo bela kasore maile defend garne hola ? 2) Ani aile samma mero i-130 approved bhako xaina, aug 2017 ma file gareko, Mero sabai kam huna kati time jati lagla yeso reply garnu hola. 3) Yedi yaha koi cha mero jasto situation ma bhane post ma reply garnu hola. THank you.

Aba paisa ma kaam gareko bhaye praman nai hunna tyasile chintai bhayena . yadi check ma kaam gareko bhaye paile ta 1000$ jarimana tirna lagara sab milaunthe kyare yasto kura sarkar le, aile chai tha bhayena.
