Few years has already passes and we have all forgotten what happened in the Palace that night. Who killed King Birendra and his Family. It may not be very important at this moment when all the King's power have already been curtailed and we are all talking about constituent assembly to remove the King. However, I would like the government to form an investigation committee to find out who the culprit is. At least for the sake of the history and not to be ashamed of our kids and grandkids when they might read it in the history and asks "who killed King Birendra and his entire family"? And the answer would be " I don't know, go play....".

i donot think we will ever know what actually happened...what jai huindu and others are trying is to reinforce the myth.If Madhav Kumar Nepal wouldnt have excluded himself from the elite pannel and had asked to add few more members to find the truth ..we would have been in a different world altogether. But Neplese politicians and everyone who are in strategic planning level donot even have a hunch where they stand or how many people(supporters) do they have with them... thats including king,maoist and SPA....I think this is the main reason why these people think 1000 times before making a single decision and end up procrastinating the implementation.Making the long story short if girija and Makune would have really ignited the situation at that very moment we would have known the truth by now.
Who do you think will people point out after 50-100 yrs ?? Absolutely Dipendra..... because thats what history will reveal...unless we can change it...but it looks we cant so its better we accept it.

I agree with Loote and I don't want to completely rule out the possibility that Dipendra did it. But, all the evidences try to tell the story other ways. however, we don't have any proofs so can't blame anyone. However, this is going to be in the history and our forthcoming generation is going to believe what they read on the history books. It is kinda disturbing to me that the fact is not going to be the history but a guess. I wish the government would form a panel to investigate. Since, KG has been cut off with his superior powers, investigation team could somehow lighten the truth. My wishful thinking!
