एउटा मुभि याद आयो! दुइटा हिरोहरु दाजुभाई हुन्छन् अनि हिरोइनलाई सोध्छन् "तिमीलाई हामी दुई मध्य को राम्रो लाग्छ" भनेर। अनि हिरोइनले जवाफ दिनु भन्दा पहिले एउटाले "मलाई मेरो बारेमा राम्रो भनेको मात्र सुन्न मन लाग्छ अनि मेरो दाईको बारेमा नराम्रो भनेको मलाई मनपर्दैन" भनेर भन्छ। अब कस्तो गार्‍हो होला नि त्यो हिरोइनलाई। he he he!!

Telling you about it, I really like that thread. Not coz I am a regular visitor but the content in there are full of fun. Stories, Poems, funny comments...etc etc. I feel good visiting there when I am at work. It really takes away all the pressure generated in my brain while working specially when I am swamped with so many works at once.

This is a tough question for me. Whatever is n will be in the chautari thread, I will always like it.
To be honest - Chautari doesnt have bad words, chautari people never involve in fight. It has always good stories, poems and good conversations. Always fun!

CHAUTARI ROCKS!!!

I would like to repeat the same ....बिरानि मा एउटा टुक्रो देशै भेटाए .....!!!!

I felt , like i've known these wonderful friends of chautaree since years अनि चौतारि नाम् त के कुरा गर्ने i love the name they called me at chautaree hehehe ....!

SANDS, I don't think all ppl are from syangaa ... we jus' catch the words and "the typical gaaunle" accent of each other...and repeat it, that's how it merges and comes out a beautiful chautaree language.

Chautari was initiated by some unicode loving enthusiasts who loved to talk and joke imitating their local dialects. Gradually it started to attract all those who like the Nepali language and Nepali way of life.

As sands said, it might be difficult for a new comer to follow the thread but it is equally difficult for an old Chautarian to lose hold of the thread. Even when one misses some posts, pages or even an entire volume, they usually go through them on their own, because its so interesting and addictive for them.

Another attraction is the main page which contains some opening words, relevant pictures, names of old and new users and poems. This grand opening ceremony which is the norm in all the Chautari threads has made it unique from all other threads.

Chautari also celebrates great festivals like Dashain, Tihar and its own birthday with much zeal. The stories, poems, jokes and other creations of the users has helped Chautari rise to a lofty standard.

चौतारीका सबैजना स्याङ्जातिरका त हैनन् तर चौतारीका कतिपय संस्थापक सदस्यदेखि लिएर अरू पनि त्यस क्षेत्रका छन्, यसैकारणले भाषा त्यस्तो लागेको हुनसक्छ। चौतारीमा नेपालका धेरै भागका गाम्लेहरूको उपस्थिति छ।

आइते(Amazing), खाली चूपचाप पढ्ने मात्र होइन, अलि बढि लेख्ने पनि गर्नु पर्यो। :)

I would like to write more since world_map already poured some. Thts true it started with some village dialects. One of them was syanjali dialect but not all. To make this issue clear, I am not from syanja. Gradually the language changed and finally turned into chautari language. A lot of people learned to type in unicode, some people improved their nepali vocab. Not only these outcome of chautari, the thread pages 1 2 3 >> as in google is outcome of chautari. Also if you see at the bottom of the thread GO TO THE PAGE and HOMEPAGE, these are also outcomes of chautari. Chautari members have discouraged inappropiate behavior a lot of times, so this thread remained always clean. It is so good, this read celebrated its first birthday and it is running into its 2nd year.
But there are some silent readers, please participate in chautari. Or atleast write something in this thread. And next our regular visitor like Shree5, Bhaute, Ishor and many more frens, please dont be silent readers.

i need to start taking nepali reading lessons cuz i cant read it at all well i can but takes me forever and its so frustrating so i just quit anyway so wht do u guys talk abt in that thread

yes i am a silent reader, i have never posted anything though

sometime i go through the thread
there are alot of good things but i think this thread is looking for some shortcomings. so good things aside

1. more than 50% posting are like namaste gamleharu, .........chiya khayou, so very hard to follow any story or incidents
2. there is a circle of people who dont seem to entertain some outsiders, they just damn care

no offense to anyone, this is what i felt, if i find anything else i will write

nevertheless, the stories, and language there is rocking
