Have any of you heard the name of Optima Resources located in New Jersey or have been sponsored by it for your H1B. The consulting company has contacted one of my brother in Nepal who has done his Masters in computer and is interesed to come here and assured him of filing for his H1B and asked him to send his credintial. They have asked him to send $4400 draft in the firms name as an expense for the filing. Do you know if the firm is legitimate?? Have you heard about the firm?? Need help...please advice.

$4,400 as a draft? I do not know about consulting company sponsoring a personnel from Nepal but I would be very careful. There will be no legal liability and how does one really know if it's a legit company.

Woaaah! $10,000 for h1 application process??? Geezes...I guess alot of people will be getting ripped off. What's happening in Nepal is also happening with Nepalese overseas. I don't know how someone can feed off other people's misery and hardwork :( Come on, people! Give your nepali brothers and sisters a break and try to help them instead of ripping them off. If you wanna do business, atleast do in at a decent price.

One of my friend from US mentioned to me that she got her h1 sponsored and she said that it should not take more han 4,500 for the h1 to get processed weather it be from consulting company or directly from Corporations. Incase, some people don't know, these consulting companies further more take more money out of your salary once they find you a job. So its gonna be like a pest feeding on a host. Sucking your blood forever. Hmmmm..I better not get so poetic here..hehe! Ok, keep safe all of you.

Some of my friends have got H1 B for free from indian consultant firm and some deposited 2000 in the beginning and later it was refunded.So,don't pay money for H1 B.Just look for consulting company .They will profit from u guys so they'll pay for H1b too.
