I felt duped when I went for the concert organized by ANMA. All the big-talk about Nima Rumba coming for the program did not only collapsed, the stupid asses on the stage added more disgrace to organizers. They could have opted for the popular song to please already disappointed audience. What they did was just continued their pathetic songs, perhaps written while drunk! Even the singing practices by Nepalese street drug users would have been better. Except 3-4 songs, everything was horrible.

ANMA concert sucks!!

i wouldnot say it was the worst concert ever but i do agree that the band crew plus four popular artists should have played a lot more of the popular songs. But again, may be i've only listened to aakashai ma from sunil parajuli, or okely from anish. its about performance and music and the atmosphere rather than always trying to have nima rumba around. personally, nima rumba or mambo jambo i'd prefer showmanship that keeps the spirits alive and provided they play good music. i know there were some local band frm Omaha that played cover songs, and we cannot expect an established artist to be playing cover songs. So its a fate that we didnt get to see Nima Rumba cos we listen to most of his songs, but we are lucky we got to listen to sunil parajuli's more new songs. Overall , i do agree the concert might not have totally engulfed me in, but i understand it for what it is, and it is!
