hi my friends

i have virus in my computer. i scaned it using spyware doctor and it fix . but  it shows same virus again when i scan it. please help me. my system restore and format drive function also doesnt work.

I presume it is Windows System you are talking about.

1. Download this software and save on your desktop. CLICK HERE to download.

2. Restart your computer in "Safe Mode". If you dont know what is safe mode.. follow the following instructions to get to safe mode..
    a. Restart the computer
    b. Once your comuter is starting (i.e. when booting screen appears)..  and keep pressing (press/release) F8 key continuously.. You will see - Safe Mode black screen.
   c. Choose safe mode, no network. (use up/down arrow to highlight and press enter)
   d. Confirm to YES when it asks you - you are sure to run in safe mode?

3. Once you are in safe mode, double click on the application you downloaded in step 1.
4. It launches command prompt.. with some instructions.
5. Press 2 and enter.

It does the rest job.

Once done.. you can restart the system to normal mode.

ANS thankx for ur help. it still is showing virus again.  i am also getting "windows- no disk" message when i start the computer. it keeps coming again. do u know any way to clean the disk like it was when i bought. any other help will also be kindly appreciated.

can u reformat?

if so backup ur docs and reformat ......thats the easy way to bring ur pc to factory level.

 

1.First insert your OS (XP) CD
2. boot from CD
3.  Download http://spftrl.digitalriver.com/pub/symantec/2004/NAVPCWelt180.exe (Symantec German 180 days)
4. http://spftrl2.digitalriver.com/pub/symantec/2004/NAV2009_16.0_Build_0000001_OEM90_Microsoft.exe (90 days)

5. Install it and scan , you will be out from trouble.

(I have not mention step by step in detail if you need please let me know.)

i was able to restore it to factory condition. push F10 when starting the computer, it will guide u furthur.
