NRN, I know Idaho state university(ISU) accepts TU's Bachelors and have funding opportunities for both Masters and PhD. I think there are still couple Nepalese students in Phsyics there. The website is www.isu.edu and you can contact the physics department or the faculties directly for more information. This is just one that I know for sure but there are many out there. Good Luck.
