[Serious reply only please] I'm going to Nepal on March 15. My fiancee and me planning to go Pokhara for a week. Can anyone suggest good cheap Hotel in Pokhara. I tried searching in travel websites but price seems high (more than $100). I'm looking for good hotel for us in less than $50 per day with airport pickup facility. -- Binod

don't worry right from here... first go to nepal and talk to a local travel agent...they will be able to guide u better. from here u will be seen as a western tourist rather than a common nepali and they will charge way higher fees

Hello bro, I'm flying March 13th with Cathy Pacific + Dragon airlines via San Francisco - Hong Kong - Kathmandu.
Last year (January) we had family trip to Pokhara (actually our honeymoon turned into family trip) and we stayed in Hotel Tenzing-Hilari which is located in Lakeside. This hotel is new and we loved our room (our room was on third floor). This hotel is semi-furnished. By then it was off-season, so we got good deal on rooms. We did not eat at the hotel rather went to varieties of restaurants for our lunch and dinner. We stayed 2 nights. Hired taxi for one whole day and visited almost every part of Pokhara. This year, we are planning to stay in same hotel.
Here are some of the pictures:
