Hello Everyone,
                     I recently started working as a Validation Consultant in a Pharma Company thru an Indian consultancy and a mid Vendor. I know there are a lot of folks doing this. How can I accelerate myself in getting into a permanent position in the field (Medical Devices Validation OR Pharma Validation)?? How many years of solid experience do companies usually ask for before they would sponsor for ur H1/ or H1 transfer and offer u a full time position??
                    Can anyone who's been through this share some experience?? Oh and another thing...If I happen to come across a consultant position where they would want be to go full time....are the contract and stuffs these indian consultancies make you sign any legit?? As far as I've heard these contracts are only to scare you so that u wouldnt quit them..how true is it?? and what about the Vendor? I never had any paper work with them.
