 Graduate School best for Information Security Major/Research

 Hello Everyone, 
Can anyone suggest me the university with the best "information security" major or research area with funding? I am interested in the information security area to pursue my Master's or may be PhD as well depending on the funding. 
If someone is already in this area and working for their MS/PhD please pass the information you have about this major and the availability of the funding in your department. 

I look forward to seeing the suggestions.
