Monarchy is bad, but the maoists are the worst. I really hate the maoists now, the way they're threatening kantipur. They've no rights whatsoever to threaten and force the closures. We should abolish maoism from Nepal. I think their real faces are being clearer day by day to the public like me. I hate Baburam Bhattarai. If maoists ever come to power, people are going to suffer much more than that with monarchy. With monarchy, only development would slow, but with maoists, the whole country could sink.

Haha everything is construed as being a conspiracy. The same kantipur who were pro maoists are now getting their ass screwed by the maoists.

Exactly, why such a big fuss over that issue esp. Himani’s chura gahana show off etc ? A regular woman is always free to boast the loads of her jewellery in the name of “swoubhagya ko pratik”, then why not Himani?

It seems, those, who had made such cheesy comments on that issue, are practically not ready to accept royals as regular citizens. Else they wouldn’t run behind and make a sensational news of himani’s pashupati visit, while there are tons of public suffering news to write about.

hahahaha...why you all people 'tauko dukhaing' too much?

mysansar is a 'blog' and umesh or any other tom, dick, or harry has prerogative to feel anything they want to or their intellectual capacity/imagination let them deem to and write exactly what they feel in their respective blogs. now it is up to the readers to find the rationale, as per their thinking/imagination, in what those bloggers post. so it's a 'two way process' you see, and that is what democracy lets one to do and what we should cherish in my opinion.

Lootekukkur on the same train of thought, I hope you are not tauko dukhaing too much. We are writing about what we feel here at sajha, and I think democracy allows us to write our opinion about personal opinions publicly shared at a blog site like mysansar. Ki kaso?

hahaha...may be not you (tauko dukhaing) tara i see some people are being a lil too serious about what the blogger posts. . now if i say sth openly in forum, be it logical or JPT, would you take me seriously if you think what i am talking about is bull unless i force you to believe in that?

In a democracy, everyone is allowed to express their opinions about any public figures, events or sites. I hope you're not terming people's right to voice a opinion as 'tauko dukhaing'.

As a supporter of democratic practices, I hope you won't tauko dukhao when others practice thier democratic rights

you're right about the right to voice one's opinion. i was only pointing at the too-much-of-tauko-dukhaing thing. for me, umesh's blog carried substance only during last april revolution coz then all major national papers and news-sites were banned to varying extent and his blog served as a great source for disseminating news (his analysis apart) to the various nooks and corners of the world.

after a while, i realize that his analysis/writing are mostly influenced by his political beliefs which is why they failed  to leave any impression to a neutral reader (well at least to me).

tesaile, i don't take stuffs on his blogs too seriously...and that's the reason why i don't bother to 'tauko dukhaing'. i realize that there are many people who take him and his blog more seriously than other more neutral sites.

It's not only about his blog, he may be adding the same tone to the news channel, where he's working as a journalist. There're many nepali journalists, who've blogs but I've seen very harsh comments published on their own blogs: e.g. www.hamroblog.com. Whenwe do some 'tauko-dukhaiing' and discuss like this, I say, it goes 'beyong tauko-dukhaing'. What moral and rights do I possess to keep on criticizing others when I can't accept a single statement against me. It's not only him, I listened to Prachanda's all interviews, he gets so much irated to hear any statement against him. These kinds of people can never be a good leader but the "tyrant".
