I filled out the DV and put my spouse's information, my question is can she fill her application and say that I am her spouse, so that we double our chances of landling at least one lottery, or is that considered duplicate application?
Can any of you guys provide me a reference anywhere??
Thanks

Yes you can do that I belive. If you check the DV instruction it literally says that there. No it wont count as a duplicate application. Since you dont have the same primary applicant.
Good Luck,

Yes you both can fill the forms seprately.
Here's the reference from the instruction file available at this link:
http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/2009DVInstructions.pdf
It says:
10. MAY A HUSBAND AND A WIFE EACH SUBMIT A SEPARATE ENTRY?
Yes, a husband and a wife may each submit one entry if each meets the eligibility requirements. If either were
selected, the other would be entitled to derivative status.

Cow_boy Bro,
I'd rather not divorce and double my chances rather than bring other two nepalese to already populated dallas' green card community ;)
