I have one question,
When I came here I dint show one of my brother in nata parmadit certificate but now I am trying to invite him here in my graduation along with my parents.
Anyone have any idea, Does that make any difference? Do they still have that record as its been almost 3 years?
Anybody have invited the people who was not listed in that nata pramadit when you came here? Also can anybody give me suggestion what should I have to do to invite my parents with one brother here, I mean any good way which make sure they will get visa easily specially my brother he is lecturer in Nepal.
I am in H1b and working for Company thanks

Tell them that your brother was born after you came here.

I don't think that is going to matter as you show your nata things only during interview. They are not submitted with your other documents that you submit during application. So I don't think that they keep record of these documents. But in my personal opinion it will be very hard for your brother to obtain a visa at this age. They will grant visa for your dad and mom but it will be very hard to convince them that your brother will be returning back to Nepal. Good luck.

I totally agree with deshbhaktanepali. In fact, for US visa application, the "Nata Praman certificate" isn't even a requirement--I got my visa without any such document. Best of Luck.

yeah you are right guys, What I am thinking is to apply my brothers with my mom so that he can sey its dual purpose attending the graduation and helping mom to go and come back as she doesnt know much english. I have individual letters for individual people. He is just married and working so I was thinking that might help them to convince he will return back. I think he can make letters from his company also. I can show my paystubs and financial support from here as well as they will show financial things from nepal. I know its very hard to get visa for brothers but I want to try so I need good suggestions plzzzzzzzzzzz, I am bit confused. nobody's brother or sister got VISA?

Embassy will scan all your document that you have given them for your interview and they will keep a copy of it. So try to make some nice reason, why your brother's name was not there while you apply.

It's not a big deal. If you have your citizeship in Nepal, ask your brother to make a "Relation verification certificate" including you, yr parents and bro/sis. KMC would ask verifying documents that's for sure. There is nothing strict in putting the relatives in this relationship certificate. I have seen some certificates even with cousin. And regarding visa it's all your luck and mood of those ************* counselors. Sometimes they dont bother to issue visa for far relatives (goru becheko saaino) but reject the proper candidate.

The main reason could be your parents don't speak english and they don't know anything. Thats why you want your brother to guide them in their journey. Also, you have to highlight the point that you brother has his own big and successful business in Nepal and have to show the strong reason that his stay in Nepal is more important. You also have to show lots of bank balance just to convince them that your brother is rich enough to afford the visit.
Good Luck!!!

I agreed with HOOWDY. Every documents they have scaned and have a copy with Embassy. I would like to draw attention for everyone, if you do not have the ideas do not comment. It would be more meaningful rather than providing/commenting wrong information. Thanks

Everest2, Where do you see wrong information?. we are not commenting here as an expert. I have no idea whether they keep copies or not. But I am 100% sure that you can make "valid" relationship certificate as many times you want but the informations should be exactly same.

Guys, I was asking Did anybody's brothers/sisters got visa for their graduation? Till now nobody have told me that their borther/sisters got visa for their Graduation and they Came here, Is that mean I should not appy for my brother? If there is not a single person here whose bro/sis got visa in that kind of stuff doesnt make sense to me to apply for my bro here. Plz reply who have some experience, and let me know how they did it. Thanks

Dude, it will not be easy to convince the Embassy to grant visa to your brother. Several students have tried that in the past with very less success. I know that your parents will most likely get visas without much hassle. However personally, I don’t know anyone who has been successful in persuading the Embassy to grant visa to their brother/sister so that they can guide their parents to USA and vise versa. You can try, but ‘Aash Garnu, Bhar Naparnu!’

I know two different cases (recent 1-2 yrs) 1. One of my fren got visa to attend her brother's graduation. Her parents also got visas on the same day. 2. I met a guy while flying US who got visa to attend his brother's graduation. Believe me his wife was also flying with him, both of them got visa for same purpose.

gc1488, they will hold record for ever. my youngest brother did the same thing when he applied for US. They didn't include me in the family relationship certificate. It was in 2003/04. Last year when i again applied and even i don't show him in the family relationship they asked me about the him. Luckily i got my visa ( due to RA). But believe me, they will have everything in record.
