Hello IHATEAMERICA, I'd strongly suggest to apply directly to North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, or Iran. Bin Laden is also looking for some RN's, no kidding. Good Luck!! Remember Canada is heart of North America.

Hey, I suggest you go to www.cic.gc.ca and do a self assessment test. If you get 67 points, you can apply for Permanent Residency in Canada. Please check the NOC list as well, I believe nurse is still there but you better hurry and apply before the quota is over. Check out this forum as well, www.canadavisa.com, it will come handy. I am in the process of applying to Canada as well, if you need any assistance, let me know. Best of Luck.
