do it..don't even think twice..
if can do your own business..then that's the different story else
get into IT.
join dhoti or nepali consultancy...youtube it..
IT is not tough.

Programmer...hard For you as you don't have IT background but still you can do it.
Database developer - i believe it would be easier than programming but still not a piece of a cake
QA analyst (Tester) OR Business analyst - won't be as complex as being programmer and database developer...
Good luck

i ain't a database guy but here you go.

Theory
Core understanding of Database terms like
Schema, Table, Database Design Model(Physical model,Logical model), Relationship,
Constraints(primary key, Foreign Key and other constraints)
View, Triggers, Stored Procedures... ETC

Practical
Learn how to query to play around with data
Find on-line tutorials
http://www.w3schools.com/sql/

That's it
Once you get flexible with it,
You can learn about transaction and all other stuff
Dataware house
ETL
Big data

Youtube it,
Google it

Until you guys learn to search yourself to find the resources (what and how) you won't be able to conquer this.

sojoketo learnt and still learning everything on his own.
Ain't need any one else :P

If you have finance background, it might be easy for you to get into BA. You just need to have learn about business processes and standards and learn as you work. Some of the QA jobs can be no brainer like manual or black box testing. Of course as a starter, you can join dhoti companies who will train you and help you with jobs.
My first job out of school was database developer and I learnt all at work. As @sojhoketa dai suggested, you have got good resources online now a days. It can get messy when you start playing with big database with complex queries. So its very important to get the concept and start in a right way.
Programming - There are several languages so u might wanna find out which you want to learn - java, .net, php, unix. Oh yeah, Unix scripting has a lot of scope too esp in support. And there's many more you can do in IT world like networking/ data center/IT security. Just dont pay for a consulting company for training as there are lots of dhoti company which provide you free trainings. I heard they provide accommodation too. Good luck!
