I am trying to send some money to Nepal via either Muncha or Prabhu. But both require to login to my bank account through their website. I'm not sure about this. Do you guys think this is safe? Is their any possibility of identity theft in this process? Will appreciate if you can share your knowledge about this.

I used to use Muncha for a while until they closed their site. They used to deliver money to my home and send me the proof of delivery with my mom's picture. I used Prabhu a couple times thereafter - they are really fucked up in terms of customer service..once the money wasn't delivered for 2 weeks and I was not notified of the delivery another time. Since then, I started using ThamelRemit. They haven't failed me! The friendly bhai (forgot his name) calls me to ask me how I am doing every now and then. I call him to ask the exchange rate etc and he picks up the phone in one ring! I have even trusted them with my bank account number so they deduct the money from my bank whenever I need to send money home.
