The playcard image is not a photoshoped one, i had copied that from the homepage of www.nepalipost.com, on the day i posted it.

This looks like the work of photoshop. If you look at the larger poster, the words "Most Wanted" and "Criminal" don't align with the borders of the photo. Between "N" and "A" of CRIMINAL there is a small white seemingly curvy surface but in looking at the pixellated magnification, there does not seem to be any change in the pixellation of these letters. It's a bad Photoshop job.
