Hey Guys, I need your suggestion - I was working for company A on H1B as of last month. I started to work for company B from last month and H1B transfer is in progress filed by company B (Received receipt notice but I am sure will take at least a month or two to get final approval). Now I got offer from company C and I think I should take it. Can I transfer my Company A H1B to company C and work for them (I just have pay stubs as of last 30 days old only with company A) or do I need to wait for company C H1B transfer approval to be completed before I can think of transferring to anyone else. Someone told me last 60 days stub will work for H1B transfer and I can do that as many employers as I want. Please advice!

offline, it's okay to file H1B through Company C. I did the same about 3 years ago. But when you apply for H1B for Company C, submit the paystub from the Company B not the Company A. And you also need to include the receipt notice that you got for Last H1B filing. Send me an email if you need more information. Good Luck

Offline, how long did it take for you to get the receipt? I understand , one can start working in company B upon receiving the receipt, is that correct?

Thanks AX. I will contact you. tamghas, you can work with company B as soon as your transfer is filed. You dont even need to wait for receipt.
