Can School Cancle the I-20 Issued to the studnt?

what's 'cancle'? If it's cancel, then yes they can! but why would they? unless they don't want you anymore? it's rare, very rare at least to my understanding......hmmm...

Even a hospital can cancel someone's birth certificate. I 20 is nothing. It can be voided in a snap.

A school may cancel the I-20 of a student who demonstrates that they do not know sufficent English to continue studies.

The the test is: How do you spell cancel? If you answer "cancle" then you are out.

If you capitalize school unless you mention the name of a particular school, then you are also out.

If you spell student as "studnt", that is three strikes against you and you will definitely be cancelled.

When you have learned enough English you may be invited back but your chances are slim to none.

This is a very short test but an effective way of riding the campus of people who do not demonstrate capacity for higher learning.

If you are in now way eligible to pursue your studies, they they cancel your I-20. Bad english is one of them.

I am not sure about bad english because they have english classes for those who have poor english. Most japanese, chinese take such classes, why not a nepali guy can take? I have seen a lot of nepalese taking such classes who have really low toefl score.

if by cancel you mean kick out of school, ohh yeah they can. you get bad grades for 2 consecutive semesters, you will find yourself in the situation. But it depends upon the colleges how tolerant they r.

how about if they issue a i20 to a immigrant status student?
will they withdraw the I 20?

Mr/Ms. sunkoshi...I-20 is also cancelled if you put a wrong article 'a' instead of 'an' before a vowel and use i20 instead of I-20.

non-immigrant lai matra I-20 Chahincha.They withdraws or not why do you care .If they withdraw thats fine if not thats fine too.Unless you got I-20 before your GC.Still , they can remove you from International Student .One minute job just prove it you are PR.

if they are authorize to issue then they have rights to cancel it as well.. its that simple.

Instead of wasting time in sajha, ask ur advisor the reason why they cancelled your I-20, that way you can back urself up on time if any documents are missing, otherwise you will be posting messages from nepal in few months. But if u r just dimag chatting chatting to sajha users, thats ur wish ....... keep it up .....

To my understanding, INS Form 1-20 is the certificate of eligibility for student F-1 status.

i think sunkoshi used the term immigrant to mean bideshi he don;t mean immigrant VISA .for a person on immigrant VISA there is nothing with the I20 only the non-immigrant visa need to care about it .so sunkoshi b clear first?
