HI

I am going to graduate in May.I have already finished my coursework.My employer is ready to sponsor me but he is not sure if he can sponsor me without my certificates in hand.He want me to give him some proof/link stating that a student like me can be sponsored.Do you know any website or link like that?

For masters case, you can get a letter from your school saying that you have completed your courses and certificate is on its way.
For undergrad, I don't know. Ask your employer to check with his lawyer.

I know that.I am graduate student.
My employer needs any quotation/link or  official website saying that.

For undergraduate, u need to have you degree in hand to apply. Talk to a lawyer about that one. Some will say you can apply and some will say you cant apply.

Man these people do that all the time. That’s how they screwed me last time. Be aware. Call a lawyer.

Call a lawyer! Your school also may have some lawyers, or sometimes universities contract with attorneys to helps students out in legal matters related to academics. Talk to you advisor about that, they should know about that.

Or just get a lawyer yourself. Many lawyer have free consultations too. Or you can earn that few hundred bucks easily later! ;)
