Hi

i have masaura made with pidalu and kalo daal but i don't know how to make them.

Can anyone adavice me or give receipe. Poonte dai  where are you need receipe... :)

If it works:

First clean the outer covering of pidalu.

Then u can start it to make vujuri from so called koreso( i dont know the exact word of it in english)

Then put the flavour of kalo dal(ekdam masino)to some extent.

Then stir it  with some water 

You can use glove to stir it otherwise it may have the problem of itiching. 

Then put them in one pot and start making small piece(like egg)using your hands.

While making you have to make your hand wet so put a bowl with some water by your side.When the hand gets dry then (ali ali pani hat ma lagaunu)ani masaura banaunu la.

You can make them in the piece of paper or if u have naglo like in nepal then.....u know...but here u may not have those accessories.

Then u have to put them in sunlight  for some days so that they can dry .

After some days it will be ready.

Then remember me to taste how u made.

I don't know how to cook (make them) .

I need receipe to cook.

I remember  my mom cooking maseura

first light fry maseura in oil( not complete fry, then add gundruk and fry may be 2-3 minutes, then add water to make enough soup.

or to make alu tama maseura

lightly fry maseura, add tama and fry 2-3 minutes then add potato again fry 2- 3 mins then add vijaqyeko bodi and finally add water to ur liking. u can add tomatoo etc to it

that was what almost 13 yrs ago i saw, i think will work

gal1...

First pour  little more oil in comparison to other curry coz frying masauras require little more oil.

Then simply fry masaura until it gets a light brown.dont fry more after this.then take those in a plate slowly from remaining oil so that u can fry potato,tomato and onion on that heated oil.OR you can cook them all in one and at the same time but there might be the chance of masauras(galna sak6 )so try as ur wish.but ali care garera cook gare seperate nagarda pani hunchha.

Then fry onion for sometime,add tomato and potato one by one.Stir those all mixture and put masala including salt according to your taste of tongue.

Then cook them as other curry and you can add some water to get them cooked.

Now add those masauras in those cooked mixture  and cook for some minutes and pour some water on those mixture if you like the soup of this tasty curry with rice.Finally add dhania over it and stir.Whole masauras curry is ready.

Mero ta masaurako tarkaari ta sabse best ho ani mitho pani pakauchhu so mero receipe try garau ani yeso nepal ko masaura yeta ni pathauda kaso hola.........

पुन्टे बुढाले भन्दा मिठो मस्यौरा पकाउने तथा खाने तरिका:

 

चाहिने सामाग्री-

१) एक कप मस्यौरा

२) दुइ तिनवटा आलु

३) आधा प्याज मसिनो गरेर काटेको

४) ४ वटा जति मध्यम साइजका गोलभेँडा (गोलभेँडाले अलि अलि अमिलो हो कि जस्तो मिठो टे्स्ट दिन्छ)

५) जिरा, धनिया इत्यादिको धुलो भन्नाले मसलाको धुलो १ ठुलो चम्चा।

६) अदुवा लसुनको पेस्ट एक चम्चा।

७) तेल २ ठूलो चम्चा

८) घ्यू वा बटर ५ ठूलो चम्चा ( मस्यौरा भुट्नको लागि)

९) नून चहिएजति।

बिधी-

१) आज मस्यौका पकाउने भनेर मख्ख परेर जोशिने

२) मुसुक्क हाँस्ने र भान्सामा जाने

३) एउटा भाँडो तताएर त्यसमा घ्यू वा बटर हाल्ने।

४) घ्यू तातेपछि मस्यौरा हाल्ने र चलाउँदै भुट्ने।

५) मस्यौराको बास्ना आउन थालेपछि झन छिटो छिटो एकछिन भुट्ने र रातो रातो भएपछि डढ्नु भन्दा अगाडि मस्यौरालाई झिकेर एउटा

भाँडामा राख्ने र अलिकता नून छर्कने। (नोट: भुटेको मस्यौरा पाक्यो कि पाकेन भनेर क्वाप्प मुखमा हालिहाल्न हुँदैन तातो मस्यौरा जिब्रोमा परेर झ्वाइँSSSSSय गर्ने सम्भावना रहन्छ।)

६)त्यहि भाँडोमा बाँकि रहेको घ्यूमा तेल हाल्ने र तातेपछि प्याज हाल्ने।

७) हल्का रातो  भएसम्म प्याज भुट्ने र त्यसपछि आलुका टुक्रा हालेर २-३ मिनट जति चलाउने।

८) नून, बेसार र अदुवा लसुनको पेस्ट हालेर १-२ मिनट चलाउने ।

९) मुसुक्क हाँस्ने।

१०) अब अघि झिकेको मस्यौरा चाख्ने  बेला भयो, एउटा क्वाप्प मुखमा हाल्ने र झुरुम झुरुम चपाउने र एकछिन मख्ख पर्ने।

११)मस्यौरा चपाउँदै चलाउने र मसलाको धुलो हाल्ने।

१२) गोलभेँडा हालेर फेरि चलाउने र अलिकता पानी पनि हाल्ने यदि तरकारि भाँडोमा लाग्न लागेको जस्तो भए।

१३) आलुको तरकारी लगभग पाकिसकेपछि अलिकता पानी हाल्ने र फत्कन थालेपछि मस्यौरा हालिदिने।

१४) एक पटक सरर चलाउने पानी हाल्ने छिपछिपे अथवा लेसाइलो(ग्रेभि) कस्तो मन पर्छ त्यस अनुसार पानी अडकल्ने र छोप्ने र

मुसुक्क हाँस्ने।

१५) मस्यौरा भिजेपछि तरकारि तयार भयो।

मस्यौरा खाने तरिका:

१)भात संगको गाँसमा वा चम्चाले त्यत्तिकै खाँदा एक पटकको गाँसमा एउटा मस्यौरा,आलु,र ग्रेभि संयुक्तरुपमा आएको हुन पर्दछ।

२) मस्यौरा खाँदा ठुस्स पर्न हुँदैन मख्ख पर्न पर्छ, अर्थात :( गर्न हँदैन :डि गर्न पर्छ।

३) अरुलाई आफूले बनाएको मस्यौरा चाख्न दिएको बेलामा चाहिँ कस्तो बन्यो होला भनेर :पि गर्नु पर्छ।
