Dear All,
Can some one please give me informations regarding Green Card Application.
My company agreed to sponsor Green Card (as of today I am in H1). My wife is in F1. Do I need to change my wife visa status to H4 or I can co-apply her for Green Card with her F1 status along with me.
Thanks, GIG

no need to worry about your wife till you LCA is approved which may take 6-10 months from the date of filing unless audited. only when ur LCA is approved , then u need to consider ur wife while filing. Your wife shud be in in legal status during all processes. It doesn't matter which status(F1, H1, H4 or anyone) she is in as long as it is legal.
