La bro I make a wicked good one........
need nice cut up chicken, with or without bones. I like chicken thigh meat...but breat meat is good too.
2 lbs chicken
2Onions(Pyaj)
3Tomatoes(Golbheda)
1 small bunch cilantro(Dhaniya)
1 table spoon crushed Ginger(Aaduwa)
2 table spoon crushed Garlic(Lasun)
Green Chilly(hariyo khursaani)...depends how spicy you want. cut them in four long peices......

additional items....long green chilly, half tbl spoonblack pepper, 1 soon salt, 2 tbl spoons sugar( brown sugar is better), 3 tbl spoonsoysauce, 1 table spoon vinegar, 1 1/2 tbl spoon of papirika, and  cornstarch is optional I like it because it thickens the sauce.Mix corn starch in water.

Ok heat oil, fry chicken until brown then add ginger and garlic cook another two mins, get a bowl, mix, salt sugar, soysauce, vinegar, cornstarch with water half a cup and paprika.. Once you feel that the chicken is cooked add the mixed spices, and let cook for couple mins, then add onions, tomatoes, green chillies, long green chilly. Cut the onions into four halves and peel it separate so it looks like chips, cut tomatoes to resemble an orange slice...I mean do not chop or make small pieces of the onions and tomatoes....cook another 3-4 mins. take it of the heat, add black peppers and chopped dhaniya(cilantro)......and enjoy with beer....whiskey and nice guff or movie.
AND dont forget to let me know how it went..........

My version of Chicken chilli

boneless chicken breast/ thigh 2 lbs
Greeen Capsicum (Bell pepper) 1 large, cut length wise
Onion, 1 large, cut into rings
Tomatoes, 2 large and cut into rings
Ginger and garlic, chopped
Cilantro
Green Chilli, cut length wise
Soya sauce
Tomato ketchup
Spices and salt to taste

Recipe

1. Boil chicken breast into water (it saves frying time) and cut into almost 1 inch size after they are almost cooked and let 'em dry up.
2. Put 2-4 Table spoon full vegetable oil in a flat pan and let it be hot
3. Put dried chicken pieces into pan, add salt to taste and let fry for about 5-10 min
4. Add Soya and ketchup slowly and keep moving with ladle
5. Add ginger, garlic, onion, cut chillies, capsicum and tomatoes and keep moving another 3-5 minute
6. Add some more soya sauce and ketchup and cook untill all the spices and sauces/ketchup coalesce together
7. Finally, garnish with cilanro and serve hot

As Terobaje said, it goes very well with beer and other alcoholic drink. Good luck dude.

@Chasmis            Still in  learning phase  :

1. Cut Chicken Breast or Chicken thigh in big pieces  . Marinate overnite with ingredient (Garlic , Ginger , Shaan Barbecue masala , Lemon, oil , curd , salt )
2. Barbecue it or Put it in Oven untill it is cooked .
3. Cut it into Regular Pieces  or you can use Fork to pull all chicken  for Shreded style . Leave that chicken in one big container
4. Cut Green , yellow , red pepper  into same regular pieces matches with chicken above
5. cut some more ginger , garlic into very small pieces .
6. Heat pan . Put some oil and put those cutted ingredients like (peppers , ginger , garlic ) and cook may be 3 mins and put it in container where you had chicken before
7.heat same pan again . put some oil . Fry some jira and Turmaric then within 5 sec put it in container .
8.Mix it up with few lemon drops , cutted pepper ( khursani ) & cilantro .
