Waiting to get Divorce, Plz Help me!
-name Withheld(posted on astitwa.com)

I got married 3 year back! and its never touched my heart. But I have to live my life with same man till my life ends for this birth. have to wait another birth to get my life back, to get happiness and freedom,  to do what makes me happy.
I am working professional. Cant share my pain with anyone as its not any kind of harassment i am getting from my in-laws or from my husband. Its like personal liking and disliking. we got married and came to know we are not made to travel life together. we think opposite to each other. He thinks once we will have children we will go ahead with life. But what if still don't get alone. I think the next generation who from from us will have to suffer a lot more than us.
I have no option to revert this action of my life. I wish I could do anything and get back to the time when I was not married. I could say no! I don't want to get married this man, I have seen life with him. Need to re-plan my life my own way. I wish I could do it.

Only option I see in my life is getting divorce! But question is should I opt it or not. I should go ahead with this legal remedy for my emotions of life or live my life with what it gave to me.

The man I married is not a bad person at all. he is good to many others. but problem is he is not good to me because now we both know, we are not made for each other. we dont enjoy singal minute of life together. Family of my Man is very supportive. They Love him as well as give me love like their daughters! Getting Divorce will hurt all of them.

BUT MY QUESTION is when I am not happy with him and he is not happy with me. What should I do?? wait for another birth or move ahead with divorce????? Plz suggest me what to do.

astitwa team, I terribly feel sorry for that man. I don't see any wrong with what this woman is demanding either. They don't have anything like arguments or fights going on so far, thus the relationship is there but it's just the spice of life which is missing. The woman is terrified because what if she has to live life with no taste, the very essense of life. She's admitting they're nice, she's even admitting her husband is nice but the core issue is she just needs divorse. We all know what does this mean right?

I think she'll hurt that man more if she starts to discuss this issue more in front of others. Then again, she can't do much if her husband is not working with her. And, if the man is holding her for his own reasons, he should let her go. If he doesn't let her go, he'll be responsible for all the shame and humiliations that will be brought in.

This lady should calmly handle the situation and talk to her husband and discuss about divorce.

3 things i drew from her post:
 - the guy is nice
- so is she
- guy's family treats her well

what the hell is their problem? i'm pretty sure the problem is not financial (since they are professionals). neither it is a family issue because the guys family loves her as their daughter. she just says, "problem is he is not good to me because now we both know, we are not made for each other." what does that mean? is it just because they fight all the time in redundant issues regardless of their good life? or is it because they can't sexually satisfy each other? another theory is that the lady is in an affair with another male or vice verca. she needs to be more clear.

the whole concept of "made for each other" is just a myth. you will not find anyone who is already perfect for you. you make necessary compromises and perfect each other. i'd like to ask that lady a question: what are the odds that you'll find someone else that supposedly is "made for you"? none! you might divorce your husband to find a better partner but there's no guarantee that you'll find a better one.

key: it all depends on what you want. if you are not happy with each other, there is no point in maintaining a fake relationship. but think and prepare well for both short term and long term consequences before you pull the trigger.

@astitwateam?? do you think all people here are fools?? You site is not even a year or two old. How could you blatantly say it's been there since 2005-2006? Your site is as limpy as ED metaphorically cuz of few numbers of visitors to your stie.

The story surely does look like a madeup story as someone stated. You lost your credential and I feel stupid replying to your post >D
